My name is Mark Mrachek and I'm the owner of dymetrics, inc.  I am also the senior consultant, developer, salesman, etc...  I've been developing cutting edge, business intelligence applications for over 10 years.  I specialize in Analysis Services architecture, design, and development along with data warehouseing and ASP.NET development.

I've developed applications for Microsoft, VoiceStream Wireless (now T-Mobile), Alltel, CH2MHill, and Western Wireless (dba CellularOne).  In addition to software design and development work, I've also served clients as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Technical Interviewer, and Systems Architect.

In 2001, I started dymetrics, inc. and began working as an independent consultant providing clients with quality solutions to better manage their data.  Over the years, I've earned a solid reputation not only with the quality of work I deliver, but with my excellent communication and problem-solving skills.   More than one client has mentioned how they would like to "clone" me because of the value I've added to their departments.  I am proud of the fact that I have never worked for a client who has not tried to hire me as a full-time employee.
